What Happens Next?
Within the next few weeks, we will send you a link to your Backerkit survey where you will be able to provide your shipping address and your choice of the color. If you’ve added credits for replacing certain models, you’ll be able to select it.
If you didn’t add credit for this during the campaign or you’d like to add extra models, you’ll be able to do this too.
Payment Method Issues?
If your payment was declined for any reason you will have received an email about this from Kickstarter. If you've received this, don't worry... there's still time to fix it, but it's important to act fast as there are only a few days to do it.
To fix your payment method simply log in to your Kickstarter account and click "Fix Payment" on the action needed banner at the top of the page. If this isn't done within the next 5 days, unfortunately, your pledge will be dropped and we won't be able to send your our amazing knives.
